A homecoming after twenty years away: one lit window above a black-sand beach, and the long walk back to it.
“Heima, light the way.”

The story
Orri grew up where Iceland meets the North Atlantic: black sand, basalt cliffs and a wind that never really stops. He left young, with a guitar and a duffel bag, and spent twenty years singing in other people’s harbours.
At forty-three, he is coming home. His songs are Nordic folk-rock: pounding drums, droning strings and a weathered voice that moves between English and Icelandic the way the weather moves along the coast.
The raven across his chest and the world-tree on his back are the old stories he never left behind. Every song is a step on the road back: Eldur í mér is the fire you carry through the cold, Bring Me Home is the lit window at the end of the beach.
